In accordance with international and local requirements, Dram.exchange implements effective internal procedures to prevent any illegal operations and takes all necessary measures in line with applicable law. We adhere to best practices in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing, and the “Know Your Customer” (KYC) policy.
1.1. Identity confirmation
The user must provide genuine documents (e.g., international passport, bank statement, utility bill, etc.). Dram.exchange reserves the right to collect identification information under AML and KYC requirements and to request additional materials when elevated risks are identified.

1.2. Bank card verification
For exchanges involving a bank card, prior card verification is mandatory (instructions are available on the website).
Checks are performed not only via identity verification but also through analysis of transactional activity. We collect, filter, record, investigate, and report. In the case of suspicious operations, the service may request additional data and suspend or block the account.
The list of criteria is not exhaustive — operations are analyzed daily.
Transactions are checked using external AML services. An operation may be declined if the aggregate risk exceeds 50%. The service may also refuse to serve a User if the risk in any of the categories below exceeds 1.5%:

All transfers linked to suspicious services are subject to mandatory AML checks and may be delayed, blocked, or returned to the sender.
Examples of higher-risk services/platforms
Separately: transactions directly or indirectly related to Russian exchanges, wallets, and payment services are subject to mandatory AML checks and may be withheld, blocked, or returned without explanation.
If a transaction is deemed high-risk, the User must pass KYC verification.
Data may be provided to competent authorities as required by law (law enforcement, courts, payment system administrators).
Personal data includes: full name, e-mail, country/citizenship, wallet details, phone number, ID documents, and address.
Processing includes: recording, systematization, storage, updating, use, transfer (including cross-border), anonymization, blocking, deletion.
The legal basis is the user’s consent, expressed by active actions (registration, filling out requests, payment, etc.).
⏳ Processing time
Typically — from 15 minutes to 1 hour after full crediting of funds. In exceptional cases — up to 72 hours (technical issues, payment system operations, force majeure).
The rate is fixed at the moment funds are credited to the service’s details.
⚠️ Reminder
The sender and recipient must be the same person. Violations lead to suspension and a return to the original details after checks.
